Return Policy
You may initiate a return for your items within a 30-day period following the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
Proof of purchase, such as your original receipt or order number, is required.
Please provide a short reason for your return.
The product must be in its original, unused condition, complete with all packaging and accessories.
Submit a photo or video of the product.
Include a photo showing the lot number found on the bottle's base.

Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions for sending back your package. Please be aware that any items returned without prior authorization will be rejected and will not qualify for a refund. Note that the initial shipping fee cannot be refunded.
For orders shipped internationally, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Handling of Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we diligently check and pack every order, we urge you to examine your items upon arrival. Should you discover any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the problem.
To help us assess the situation, please provide:
An explanation of the defect or issue.
Photographs or a video of the item(s) in question.
A photograph of the lot number from the bottom of the bottle.
This feedback is valuable for improving our services. After confirming the problem, we will promptly send a replacement for the affected item(s).
Non-Returnable Items and Other Exceptions
The return of the Hydro Turbo Water Bottle is subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty, which does not cover damage from improper use (e.g., using liquids other than clean water, extreme temperatures, neglecting care instructions, disassembly, or accidental damage). For full warranty details, please consult our Warranty page.
Important care note: The Hydro Turbo Water Bottle is not dishwasher-safe. Hand wash the top two components only. The base should only be wiped with a damp cloth, keeping electronic parts dry.
If a shipment is refused upon delivery or fails to clear customs and is sent back to us, the associated return shipping expenses will be subtracted from your refund.
The following categories of products are ineligible for return: perishable goods, custom-made or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. If you are unsure about your specific item, please contact us.
All final sale merchandise and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refund Process
After we receive and examine your returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt and approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days, less the original shipping fees. Please be aware that your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
